Straight answers to what you'd ask on a call anyway.
Pricing & Minimums
$2,750 flat covers 1–8,000 sachets or stick packs — machine setup, blending, and the full run. Larger volumes and zipper pouches are custom quoted on volume, fill weight, and format. There is no unit minimum — you can run 500 sachets if that's what you need.
Machine setup, calibration, weight and tumble blending, the full production run, fill weight verification throughout, quality checks, and bulk packout of finished pouches. Lot numbers and batch records in your format are included. Ingredients and film are supplied by you.
Yes — for the base run (1–8,000 sachets), blending is included in the $2,750 flat rate. For larger runs, blending is priced separately at $0.50–$1.50/lb depending on formulation complexity. If you ship pre-blended product ready to fill, there is no blending charge at any volume.
$149 for a same package size, non-allergen changeover — a flavor switch within an existing run block. $549 for a full clean-out, allergen clean-out, or package size change. Allergen changeovers and pack size changes require a full line reset and are priced accordingly.
$525. Send us 10 lbs of ingredients and a small roll of film — we tumble-blend and run it in your actual packaging format. It's not a full clean-down so the product isn't sellable, but it's real proof you're in the right size and format before a full order rides on it. The cheapest way to confirm fit.
Production & Scheduling
Send us your product type, fill weight, units per flavor, packaging format, and timeline and we'll turn around a real quote fast — usually same day. Standard production turnaround is 30 days from a signed quote to finished product.
Once you sign a quote your production date is booked and held for you. All ingredients, film, and COAs need to be on-site at least 7 days before your scheduled run. Moving your booked slot is a 25% non-refundable fee. Canceling within 2 weeks of your run date is 50% of the scheduled run. Once a slot's booked, it's real cost whether product runs through it or not.
Sachets, stick packs, and zipper pouches on the machine. Hand-fill of gusset bags for small batches with no machine minimum. A vertical VFFS line and a dedicated stick pack line are on order for limited runs up to 50,000 units per flavor — now booking windows.
That's the default and usually the better deal for you — you keep your supplier relationships. If you'd rather we source materials, we can. Just tell us on the quote form and we'll work it into the quote.
Compliance & Quality
Yes. Overgang is FDA registered. We can provide documentation for Amazon listings, retail buyer qualification, and investor due diligence. If you need specific compliance documentation, let us know before your first run and we'll have it ready.
We follow cGMP principles — our production rooms are positive-pressure, HEPA-filtered, with sealed floors and dry-by-design construction. We're a small owner-run shop, not a certified mega-plant, and we won't claim a certification we don't hold. Ask us for a walkthrough any time.
Yes — Certificates of Analysis must be on-site at Overgang before we run anything. No exceptions. COAs should arrive with your ingredients or ahead of them. No COA, no run.
If a run doesn't meet spec because of an error on our part, we own it and make it right — that conversation happens honestly and directly, case by case. A batch that fails QC isn't reworked, it's redone. We'll tell you exactly what happened and what your options are, every time.
Yes. A Master Service Agreement is required before any production run is scheduled. This protects both parties. Your formula ownership is explicitly stated — it stays yours, always.
Fulfillment
No. We don't require 500–1,000 monthly orders before we'll work with you. We're built for brands doing 10–50 orders a day. Tell us your volume and we'll tell you if we're a fit — honestly, including if we're not.
Not if you pay weekly. We pass carrier cost straight through with zero markup. If you want net-30 payment terms, shipping is carrier cost plus 18% — we're carrying your receivable and the risk that comes with it, and we disclose that upfront instead of burying it in a rate card.
